[BPCD-ALERT] AVG notifications

[Alerts from Bognor PC Doctor (DO NOT REPLY to this address)]

Some members are receiving notices from AVG advising them to upgrade at a
cost of £39.95, whilst this may provide a few extra benefits and features,
the FREE version still does a very sound job and is the version I continue
to recommend until AVG decide to stop offering it as an option, which
hopefully won't be for a while yet !!
