[BPCD-ALERT] Broadband provider WARNINGS

A few weeks ago, we emailed the results of the WHICH REPORT - March 2007,
highlighting the best and worst Broadband providers out there
 
Out of a list of 29 companies -
 
The 5 WORST offenders were -
 
Sky
Talktalk
Orange
Bulldog 
Biscit
 
We cannot emphasise strongly enough the need to consider the overall package
offered especially customer support, when choosing a broadband provider and
we are seeing many people who have been enticed into lengthy contracts
having been dangled all sorts of "carrots" to hook them in. 
 
So beware - if its looks to good to be true, there's normally a costly catch
!! And with broadband providers its usually an extremely poor customer
service when things go wrong !!! However no matter how poor the service,
once the contract is accepted there's little chance of getting out of it !! 
 
So watch out for more mouth watering broadband offerings to come and
consider carefully before jumping in feet first !!
