[BPCD-ALERT] WARNING - BOGUS COURIERS IN THE AREA

There are Bogus couriers in the area, attempting to deliver a parcel to
businesses & potentially residential customers stating they are delivering
confidential papers and require a signature and £20 or some other amount for
receipt of parcel. Upon opening the parcel there is nothing but rubbish
inside.
