Does this ring any bells ?
You are typing a letter, email other document, and suddenly you notice the
cursor has mysteriously moved itself to the middle of some previous typed
text resulting in the words you are currently entering to appear in the
middle of a previously typed sentence or elsewhere.
The reason this happens has been identified as over sensitive touchpads, and
as a user is typing, either lightly brushing over the touchpad, or tapping
the keys near to the touchpad can cause this problem to occur
I have found a cure for this problem, the way it works is by freezing the
touchpad only while you are typing text, if you would like to try it out it
can be downloaded from the links page at www.bpcd.co.uk
If this has helped anyone, please let me know, as I would be very interested
to hear from you
Or if you know anyone who may have this problem, then forward this email to
them, and ask them to let me know if it helped, I have tested this on one
laptop and it solved the problem !!
Many thanks
Pierre
