[BPCD-ALERT] Netgear DG834 Router upgrades

We advise all users of Netgear DG834 routers supplied by BPCD (customers
with routers supplied from AOL or elsewhere should contact their provider as
the firmware versions may be different) to ensure they have applied the
latest firmware updates available for these routers from www.netgear.com as
this will improve performance & stability of the routers and fix many
identified flaws & bugs in older firmware versions.

The process is reasonably straight forward, hoever for peace of mind I can
update your router's firmware for you if you aren't confident to do it
yourself.

Option 1 -In-store upgrade £15 - disconnect all cables form the rear of your
router and bring it to the shop, will try and do it while you wait if you
ring me before bringing it in and book a time

Option 2 - On-site upgrade £39 (+Mileage if more than 5 miles from shop)

Before proceeding I will need to know your router model no. on the base of
the router DG834v? And the firmware version - (you will need to contact me
for a remote support link so I can check the version for you)
