Since late April AVG have released a new combined Antivirus & Antispyware
FREE version (v8.0) of their software to update their previous FREE
software.

I recommend all AVG users (who have broadband!!) to download the new version
to update older versions that may be on your machines

You can update the new version from the links page at www.bpcd.co.uk 

And whilst writing, there has been significant increases in booby trapped
web sites in recent weeks and other viral activity on the web.

been snared by a malicious file download - read it here
